Apply for an Employment Pass at SGD$700!

Employment Pass (EP) is designed for foreign professionals, managerial personnel (managing director, general manager, CEO), executives or specialists who wish to work in Singapore. This applies to foreigners who have recognized qualifications and earn a fixed monthly salary of minimum $2800. To apply for an Employment Pass, employers must submit applications on behalf of a job candidate. A new application is required when there is a change of employer.

Types of Employment Pass and Eligibility Requirements

There are 3 categories of Employment Passes, namely P1, P2 and Q1 with each carrying a minimum salary. For more details please refer to the Ministry of Manpower website.

Documents Required for Employment Pass

  • Employment Pass Application Form (for local and overseas employer)
  • Resume or CV stating your educational and employment history
  • Copies of educational certificates and past employment testimonials
  • Company’s latest business profile registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (for companies or business not registered, registration papers from their respective professional bodies must be produced)
  • Personal particulars page of applicant’s passport/travel document
